 *  On the chart sent by William Bishop 12/16/1997 there is the following note: "Bible has 8/2/1812. Tombstone has 1808 - 1851, Whatcoat Methodist Cemetery, Snow Hill, MD. 1850 Census has Mary A. at 38 and William Sturgis at 47, painter, ... . It looks like the tombstone birth date is wrong!"
